| Due to
the fact that we have been restoring for over
nearly 30 years, we are able to provide a thorough
and comprehensive antique valuation service. We
are extremely competent in giving a proper and
distinct valuation of your item(s) for the correct
period. We are often asked by auction houses, the
police and insurance companies to value particular
pieces. When we carry out a valuation for either
insurance or probate, each item is individually
documented and digital photographs are taken for
later reference. All items are indexed linked with your
insurance company i.e. we are able to project what
the item will be worth in later years, taking into
account inflation. |

From time to time
Green & Cockburn have been known to share their valuable
restoration skills and techniques though running a
series of training workshops. These workshops are designed
to allow the amateur or professional to learn
more about the art of antique restoration, as
Malcolm Green of Green & Cockburn demonstrates work being carried out on furniture,
clocks and other antique items. Details of any
